Personally, I live in Danville with my family, volunteer in the classroom, coach Mustang Soccer, and take as much of my kids’ money at our weekly poker game.
Professionally, I am starting my 11th year selling real estate.
Over the years, I’ve worked with investment groups, sold homes for $20,000 and $2,000,000. I’ve sold apartments and raw land. I’ve sold from San Francisco to nearly Yosemite. I’ve done consulting work for Foreclosure Radar. My blog posts have been featured in The New York Times, The Big Picture, Mish’s Global Economic Analysis, and regularly on Patrick.net. You can read an archive of my old posts at Bay Area Real Estate Trends.
Some agents claim to be a “Neighborhood Expert,” but not me. I’m a real estate expert. There’s probably no scenario I haven’t seen before or rough seas I can’t navigate.
One thing I’ve learned in my career is that every sale is different. Every transaction has something about it where an agent’s advice has a huge impact. These are the moments where my clients are glad I’m on their side.
If you choose to hire me, know that I’m a pretty straight-shooter. I’ll tell you the honest truth, even if it’s not what you want to hear. I’m a go-getting, resourceful, problem-solver. I’m an excellent negotiator and will always have your best interest at heart.
If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the 680 corridor, I would love to hear about your needs and see if we might be a good fit.
